Ref: Cup and plate

As you will all know, normally if the number of teams entered doesn't add up IE 8 or 16 teams then a preliminary round would take place. In our case this hasn't worked out, so there will be something very similar.

Just like a preliminary round we need to have a round of matches in order to align the fixtures. 2 teams will be drawn from the cup winners to play each other,

the winner to take a final placement and make the perfect 4 needed to progress. Same for the plate.

So really it's the same as a preliminary round but happens after round one.
